Sabrina Marquardt

Sabrina Marquardt joined maat as attorney in 2022. She represents national and international companies as well as executives and advises on complex issues of works constitution law, conducts negotiations with works councils, accompanies restructuring measures and transactions, and is active in litigation. In addition, she has special expertise in the area of employee data protection law. Since the beginning of her legal career in 2014, she has been working in employment law and has gained valuable industry experience in the areas of banking, IT and pharmaceuticals. Sabrina Marquardt is co-author of the Nomos Gesetzesformulare zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch and is recommended in the Handelsblatt ranking of “Germany’s Best Lawyers” in the field of employment law.
