We provide support in advance on the selection of the best transaction structure with regard to employment and labour law aspects and conduct the employment and labour law Due Diligence. For us, it is self-evident that we not only point out risks but quantify them if possible and develop action options. We draft and negotiate the employment, labour and occupational pension law elements of the transaction documents. We support you in identifying employment and labour law restructuring requirements in connection with the transaction (in advance of the transaction, between signing and closing and post-closing) and support the implementation of the necessary measures.
