Dr. Jutta Cantauw

Dr. Jutta Cantauw has practiced law since 2003, previously having been an academic assistant at the chair for Employment, Social and Commercial Law in Münster (Prof. Dr. Schüren). Up to 2008, she worked in the Employment and Labour Law Department of Noerr before moving as a partner to maat.

Dr. Cantauw mainly advises medium-sized and major companies and board members on all questions of individual, collective and transaction employment law. She advises, inter alia, personnel and legal departments on day-to-day issues as well as in the course of change processes including personnel restructuring and reduction, provides support in complex contract negotiations and conducts litigation before the Labour, Civil and Social Courts. She has special knowledge of employee leasing and pseudo independence. Jutta Cantauw is a commercial mediator and lecturer at the Munich University of Applied Sciences on employment law (the International Project Management course).
