Jennifer Frost already showed an academic interest in labour law during her many years of employment at the Chair of Labour Law at the LMU Munich (ZAAR), where she gained detailed insights into all areas of employment law. During her legal clerkship, she worked in a medium-sized employment law boutique and in the legal department of an employer’s association. After working as a lawyer in the litigation department of a law firm specialized in media law, she joined maat and has been working on the entire range of individual and collective employment law since November 2023. She mainly advises large companies in the healthcare and aviation sectors, including on collective bargaining law in the public sector. Other areas of interest include advising on whistleblower protection and assisting companies with the election of employee representatives to the supervisory board.
