Dr. Raimund Lange

Dr. Raimund Lange worked in employment law from 2005 to 2011 at Hogan Lovells and has been a partner at maat since that latter date. He holds the special qualification in employment and labour law and advises mainly major companies and groups with emphasis on the finance and insurance industries as well as manufacturing. Dr. Lange is an established expert for comprehensive restructuring, reorganisation and personnel reduction and is very experienced in negotiating with employee representatives. He has particular expertise in questions of field workers and sales and conducts many Labour Court cases including before the Federal Labour Court. Other specialist areas of his are compliance and employee data protection including the implementation of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
He also acts in cases of co-determination and management board and managing director matters. His lecturing activity is also wide-ranging.
