Dr. Josefine Müh started her legal work at maat in October 2020 as an associate. She specialized in labour law during her studies and traineeship and worked during and after her legal clerkship in the labour law departments of leading international law firms. During her work as a research assistant she already gained experience in advising employers and executives on employment law.
As a lawyer, Dr. Müh advises our clients in all matters of individual and collective labour law. She supports companies in the establishment, implementation, transfer and termination of employment relationships. One focus of her work is on protection against dismissal and works constitution law as well as representation in labour law judgement and resolution proceedings.
