Ms Liv-Loreen Perkhoff began her legal career at maat in May 2021 as an associate lawyer. During her studies and legal traineeship, Ms Perkhoff worked for leading US law firms in the areas of corporate and private equity as well as in their litigation and arbitration teams. She gained considerable initial experience with the interfaces of employment law with corporate and insolvency law, in the preparation of corporate transactions and in the restructuring of companies. Prior to that, Ms Perkhoff studied, inter alia, for several years at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.

Her practice includes advising and representing our clients in all matters of individual and collective labour law. Ms Perkhoff is a regular member of our project teams for transaction processes and supports clients in due diligences. A particular focus is on occupational pension schemes, but she will also continue to develop insolvency employment law with us.

Ms Perkhoff’s practice focuses on assisting clients in the preparation of corporate transactions and restructurings as well as in the area of occupational pension schemes.
